To form a contractual agreement with suppliers of activities listed on Buswander.com, you must submit a booking request through the Buswander platform. Transportation service reservations can be made electronically via Buswander’s website, www.buswander.com, or by email at info@buswander.com. Please review the following payment terms carefully:
3.1. Reservation Confirmation
Reservations remain subject to modification by Buswander or the client until they are confirmed in writing (via email) and full payment has been received.
3.2. Confirmation Receipt
Buswander is not liable for lost or undelivered confirmation receipts when booking online. If a spam filter is active, the confirmation email may not arrive. It is the client’s responsibility to call and confirm receipt of the email after booking.
3.3. Deposit Requirements
For reservations made more than 30 days before the service date, a minimum 20% deposit is required. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of booking. For reservations made less than 30 days before the service date, full payment is required upfront.
3.4. Payment Due Date
The full estimated cost must be paid at least 30 days before the scheduled service date.

Buswander will not sell, purchase, exchange, or disclose any account, transaction, or personal data, except to authorized financial institutions (Visa/Mastercard) or in response to valid legal requests.
3.8. Reservation Changes
Changes to reservations depend on the availability of the requested services, payment of applicable fees, and approval by Buswander. All reservations are final, and deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of legal guarantees, injury, or product liability claims.
3.9. Payment Delinquency
Failure to make payments (deposits, estimated costs, or outstanding balances) on time may result in reservation cancellation at Buswander’s discretion, with applicable cancellation fees.
3.10. Booking Changes or Cancellations
To modify or cancel an existing booking and transfer the deposit/payment to another date, time, or service, confirmation from a Buswander representative is required. However, Buswander cannot guarantee that the new service will be available at the same price—additional charges may apply.
3.11. Reservation Validity
Offers are valid for a maximum of 5 days, as availability is limited. Buswander secures vehicles only after receiving payment or a minimum 30% deposit. Rates and availability are confirmed upon payment receipt.

Rates and vehicle availability are only guaranteed after full or partial payment has been received.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may affect your travel plans. At Buswander, we are here to assist you with cancellations and refunds. Please take note of the following terms:
To cancel your service, please submit a written cancellation notice via email to info@buswander.com. Our team will process your request during office hours (Central European Time, CET), typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Office hours may vary depending on company policies.

At Buswander, we cannot be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
The following conditions apply:
We are not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from war, the threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fires, illness, adverse weather conditions, airport regulations, temporary or technical issues, or mechanical or electrical breakdowns of transport or facilities within advertised accommodations.
We also do not accept liability for any damages caused by the explosion of a nuclear plant or any related radioactivity or contamination.
In the event of technical or mechanical issues with transportation, we will immediately reach out to our local partners who provide the bus service. We will work diligently to resolve the situation and, if needed, arrange for a replacement bus. The time required for a replacement depends on the distance the new bus needs to cover.
Please understand that certain circumstances are beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to minimize disruptions and ensure your safety and comfort.

Buswander strongly recommends that you obtain comprehensive international travel insurance that covers the entire duration of your stay in the country you are visiting.
This insurance should include coverage for various travel-related aspects, such as medical expenses, trip cancellation or modification, lost luggage, accidents, and repatriation. It is crucial to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that Buswander cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from your failure to obtain proper travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient coverage to protect yourself during your trip.
At Buswander, we want you and your group to enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience. To ensure this, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:
7.1. Behavior Expectations:
Please maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. You are responsible for any damage caused by you or anyone in your group. If any authority determines that you or anyone in your group is unfit to travel, or if your behavior disrupts others, you may be asked to leave the accommodation, excursion, or activity. In such cases, our contract will be terminated, and full cancellation charges will apply.
7.2. Compliance with Laws and Authorities:
You are required to comply with all local laws, as well as the rules and regulations set by local police, health authorities, and other public agencies.
7.3. Respect for Tour Operators and Guides:
Please show respect towards our tour operators, employees, guides, and representatives. Always follow the instructions given by the tour guide and/or group leader throughout the tour.
7.4. Cooperation with Service Providers:
Cooperate with transport, hotel, restaurant operators, and other service providers. Adhere to their terms and conditions while using their services.
7.5. Respect for Local Customs and Traditions:
Respect the customs, traditions, and rules of local residents and traditional dwellings. You are solely responsible for your behavior in all places visited during the tour or service.
7.6. Contact with Bus Drivers:
The contact details for bus drivers will be provided to you shortly before the trip. Please note that not all drivers’ numbers will be available due to GDPR restrictions; in such cases, our office number will be provided.
As a reminder, the contact information for bus drivers is for trip-related communication only. It is strictly prohibited to contact the driver for personal or private reasons prior to the trip. Our drivers are responsible for transporting you safely and are not available for tour guiding or personal inquiries.
7.7. Prohibition of Physical Violence:
Physical violence against drivers or any other individuals during the trip is strictly prohibited. We expect all passengers to treat our staff and fellow travelers with respect and kindness.
7.8. Punctuality and Refunds:
While our bus drivers strive to arrive on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, road construction, weather, or accidents. Please note that in the event of a delay, no refunds will be offered. We appreciate your understanding.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our services without notice at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
If you have any complaints, please inform us as soon as possible so that Buswander can address the issue promptly and efficiently.
For complaints regarding the holiday experience, we kindly ask that you submit them in writing within one week (7 days) of completing the trip. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
Please note that any claim against Buswander arising from these Terms and Conditions, the tour, or any events or omissions during or related to the tour, shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to Buswander for the tour.
We are not liable for any damages or losses beyond what you have already paid for, nor are we liable for any consequential damages, future damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, mental anguish, or pain and suffering.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount we receive from you, and as such, we cannot compensate for any additional costs incurred by you.
